All Prices are shown in Canadian Funds. At this time all online transactions are conducting using secure
Pay Pal services. Transactions through Pay Pal can be made using Master Card, Visa or Debit. You are
not required to have or to open a Pay Pal account to complete transactions.
Money orders and personal or company cheques based from Canada will be accepted for purchases,
however, these funds must clear our local banking institution prior to products being shipped... If you

If you reside in the Edmonton area or will be travelling to the area, local pick-up can be arranged to
avoid shipping costs. Local transactions can be conducted using cash. 7% GST is added to all pricing.
Shipping charges apply unless other arrangements are made in advance of order.

Returns
Simply stated, if you are not satisfied with our products, within a 10 (ten) day period after shipping,
we will gladly accept return of the item(s). If you aren't satisfied... Neither are we!
To complete a return, you must contact Body Essentials by Snowchild via email and request a return
verification number within the 10 day period as mentioned above. The simply package the item and
return it to us. You are responsible for any return shipping cost incurred.
If we make an error or omission in your order, please notify us immediate by email info@snowchild or
by phone (780) 239-8593. Please be as detailed in your communications as possible so we can
effectively correct the problem!
Confidentiality
Any and all personal information we collect to complete a transaction is maintained with the strictest
of confidence in mind. Body Essentials by Snowchild does not share or distribute personal information
to any other party.
We make small batches that don't use complicated chemical preservatives. Our products should
be used within 6-8 months of purchase to ensure freshness. Until ready for use, store products
in a cool dark place unopened to help retain the herbal scents and properties.
Common Sense and Warnings
Our products have not been clinically tested. Please use common sense and caution, check for
sensitivities before using, and discontinue use immediately if irritation or rash occurs when
using any body care product. None of our products should be used internally or by children,
unless specified on the packaging.
